Estragonspaghetti * Spaghetti with taragon

Ein leichtes und schnelles Gericht im Frühling.
Zutaten für 4 Personen als Zwischengang:
1 Teelöffel gehackter Estragon
3 Eßlöffel Mascarpone
Spaghetti
Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Die Spaghetti in Salzwasser nach Anweisung kochen. Estragonblätter hacken und mit der Mascarpone vermischen. Mit Pfeffer abschmecken. Wenn die Spaghetti gar gezogen sind, in die Estragon-Mascarpone Mischung geben, gut vermischen und sofort servieren.

A light and quick intermediate dish in springtime.
Ingredints for 4 persons as inbetween course:
1 Teaspoon minced taragon
3 Tbls Mascarpone
Spaghetti
Pfeffer
Preparation:
Cook spaghetti in Salted water as recommended. Mince leaves of fresh taragon an thoroughly mix them with mascarpone, add pepper if you like. When the spaghetti are ready give them to this mixture in a bowl and mix again thoroughly. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    My tarragon is ready to start using and this sounds really good.
    I’ve made pasta with sage and with basil but not tarragon.
    Very spring-like!
